Active Exercises & Sitting Meditations

Qigong is one of the pillars of Chinese medicine using a series of simple, gentle movements and meditations to promote health and well-being. Join us in this group to meditate using many of the Spring Forest Qigong active and sitting meditations. You will focus on techniques to help you relieve pain, reduce stress, and develop physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The first 20 – 25 minutes will be learning the topic of the night and the 2nd part will be active exercises and a beautiful sitting meditation.

Everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary.
For all ages and abilities.

The main benefits of the Active Exercise/Mediation practice groups are:

  • To deepen your meditation practice of the Spring Forest Qigong active exercises and sitting meditations
  • To receive healing energy from Colleayn as you meditate to balance your energy

Dates: 1st & 3rd Mondays of the Month, excluding holidays and snow & ice days or below zero days.
Beginning in July, we’ll meet on the 3rd Monday of the Month during the summer months. We’ll go back to the 1st and 3rd Mondays in October.

Fee: $12.00 each time, or punchcard.  (Punchcard is available for purchase at $55 for 5 practice groups or $100.00 for 10 practice groups.)

No need to make reservation. Just show up and enjoy.

Finding hope during chronic illness/pain and rebuilding your system. I’ll also share a bit about my health journey.
November 20th: Qigong to reduce inflammation- Joints, Digestion, Skin, etc.|
December 4th: Qigong active exercises for weight balance and good digestion.

Beginning in June, We’ll meet on the 3rd Monday of the Month during the summer months.  We’ll go back to the 1st and 3rd Mondays in October.

Note:  The Wellness Group will be canceled if Red Wing Schools cancel, get out early or if it is below zero.
