The Moving of Yin and Yang exercise is specifically focused to help heal your internal organs.
Breathing of the Universe.
The Breathing of the Universe exercise is specifically focused to help heal your lungs and skin and balance the energy outside your body as well as inside.
You can do these active exercises sitting, standing or lying down.
- Before you begin, take 3 gentle & deep breaths.
- Drop your shoulders & put a smile on your face.
- Gently place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. (This connects your body’s two main energy channels.)
- Keep your hands and fingers slightly open, to open your energy channels.
- Do these exercises slowly and focus on feeling the beautiful healing energy.
