You can do these active exercises sitting, standing or lying down.

  • Before you begin, take 3 gentle & deep breaths.
  • Drop your shoulders & put a smile on your face.
  • Gently place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth. (This connects your body’s two main energy channels.)
  • Keep your hands and fingers slightly open, to open your energy channels.
  • Do these exercises slowly and focus on feeling the beautiful healing energy.
